Contract for Dj Services

(Please Note) Access to building or room is needed at least two hours prior to event for proper set up and testing equipment.
Each hour thereafter is $100.00 (payable immediately after the event). A $100.00 deposit is due at the signing of this contract, payable to RAULERSON dj services.

Under the terms of this agreement, Vincent D. Raulerson, DBA RAULERSON DJ SERVICES, is pleased to provide DJ services for you.
Terms of Agreement: 1. A minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to bind these terms. Checks should be made payable to RAULERSON DJ SERVICES. Cash is also accepted. A receipt will be given to you. 2. PLEASE NOTE: Any deposit received is non-refundable. 3. In the event that Vincent D. Raulerson, DBA raulerson dj services becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond his control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed upon. 4. Any and all information or details must be communicated three (3) days preceding the event. This is to help ensure a success for your special occasion.
